Our Polyester flags are constructed from premium two-ply polyester fabric, expertly woven and dyed to battle the harshest weather conditions, resist fading from ultraviolet light, and maintain a vibrant appearance. We meticulously embroider the star fields in-house, ensuring each flag is built for durability with double-stitched unidirectional chain stitching on every seam and a full ¼” turn on all edges, setting the standard for longevity in flags.

To prevent fraying, the fly hems of our flags are secured with four rows of lock stitching and bolstered with a 102-stitch X-box at both the top and bottom, maximizing wind resistance. We employ color-matched T60 thread, renowned for its ability to withstand up to 60 lbs. of tension, making it the most robust thread utilized in the industry.

Each flag features a heavy-duty 9 oz. super white Poly Sateen header with two brass grommets, providing unmatched durability at the mounting points. Proudly made in the USA, our flags are certified by the Flag Manufacturer’s Association of America, affirming they are crafted entirely with domestic materials and labor in American facilities, embodying the spirit and integrity of the nation.
